IMPORTANT: Please allow a minimum of 5cm clearance to give room on the height, and 5cm on both the left and right to give room on the width in the area where the wardrobe(s) will be sited.

This is to allow connection of top panels, side panels and rails for sliding wardrobes.

OPTIONAL ADD-ONS: If you are purchasing optional Mounted LED light fittings please ensure to include these in your height measurements.

Once you have placed your order on-line, we will contact you by phone to confirm all size, colour and finish specifications (including door trim/handle ledge colours). Plus any additional optional items purchased.

This will then be confirmed in writing via an email order confirmation and acknowledgement process before proceeding with the production of your order.

We are unable to accept cancellation on ‘Made to Order’ items once the written order confirmation and acknowledgement process is complete. 

We are also unable to accept any additional expenses that may be incurred due wrong information being supplied by you at the time of placing and confirming the order.

If any changes need to be made to the specification after that point, we will work directly with you and the manufacturer to amend the order.   

The room in which the furniture is to be assembled must be clear of existing furniture for the assembly teams, along with the access to the room being free of obstacles. Unfortunately we cannot remove your old furniture.

Your furniture is of freestanding nature and it is recommended that it is attached to the wall to enhance stability and sustainment of levelness.

The assembly teams are unable to perform this due to insurance reasons, however, they will leave the brackets and fixings for you.

If you require flush assembly to a wall then we recommend the following is prepared prior to the arrival of the assembly team.
a. Removal of skirting board
b. Removal of carpet gripper
c. Other items which can impede assembly

If you have ordered LED lighting for the furniture please ensure they can be plugged in within the vicinity of the furniture.

A dated appointment for delivery will be made in advance.

Your wardrobe will be delivered directly to the room of your choice in your home either am/pm, Monday to Friday.

You will be contacted before 10am on the day of delivery to confirm the estimated time window for the arrival at your property.

If you have been scheduled as first job of the day they will contact you the afternoon before.

They will also keep you updated if they encounter delays which lead them not to meet the window given.

Product Warranty 2 years.

Note: This warranty only covers the product whilst in its original location as assembled by our Authorised HDI partner.

We are unable to accept any claims of manufacturing or assembly defects if the product is moved to another room or property.

When using the furniture please try to evenly load your wardrobe. Overloading your wardrobe could have an effect on how the wardrobe settles on flooring and may result in door mis-alignment.

Wood Finishes - using a clean and slightly damp soft cloth, clean the surfaces taking care not to scratch the surface with residue dust and dirt. We recommend a light vacuum on a regular basis with a soft brush end. Spray polishes are quick and easy to use, but those containing silicones will spoil the furniture’s surface by building up over time.

Mirror / Glass - using a soft cloth or kitchen towel, spray your cleaning solution directly onto the mirror as this stops your cloth or towel from becoming wet through. A good quality glass cleaner can be used or traditionally white vinegar (not dark) diluted with water.

Fixtures and Fittings - Vacuum your hinges and tracks when you vacuum your room, this can help maintain the use of the wardrobe or chest of drawers. When cleaning these areas use a slightly damp soft cloth.      

Interiors - these can be treated the same as the exteriors using a slightly damp soft cloth on all areas and accessories such as shelves, hanging rails etc. We recommend a vacuum on a regular basis before the cleaning process.   

Lights – Interior and exterior lights can be cleaned using a dry soft microfiber cloth - do not use a cleaning solution or wet cloth as this could cause damage to the fixture.
